This private residence in Kuwait was designed as a seamless extension of its owners’ lifestyle, balancing privacy, climate control, and modern design. Conceived around a system of spatial and thermal filters, the house integrates gardens, courtyards, and shaded outdoor areas that reduce heat, provide comfort, and create inviting social spaces throughout the year. The architecture combines contemporary elements with cultural traditions, offering both communal areas for gatherings and intimate zones for private living.
Nassar Stone contributed to this project with Delicate Caramel, a refined variety of Omani Marble, selected for its warm beige tones and elegant texture. Its use enriches the interiors with timeless sophistication while ensuring durability and versatility, allowing the natural stone to complement the residence’s architectural language. Through this material, the project achieves a harmonious connection between modern design and the enduring beauty of natural stone.
